Our Work Speaks Volumes

We've been fortunate to work on some really incredible projects over the years. Each one taught us something new about pushing boundaries while keeping sustainability front and center. These aren't just buildings - they're spaces where people actually live, work, and create memories.

From heritage restorations that honour the past to cutting-edge commercial spaces that define tomorrow, our portfolio reflects the diversity of Vancouver's architectural landscape. We're proud of every single project here, though some definitely kept us up at night more than others!

Westside Eco Residence

Westside Eco Residence

This one's close to our hearts. A young family wanted something that'd actually cut their energy bills while looking nothing like a typical 'green' house. We integrated passive solar design with some pretty slick geothermal systems.

Yaletown Tech Hub

Yaletown Tech Hub

Six floors of adaptive workspace for a tech startup that's grown way beyond what they imagined. Natural ventilation was tricky given the noise from False Creek, but we figured it out with some creative acoustic engineering.

Gastown Heritage Conversion

Gastown Heritage Conversion

An 1890s warehouse that needed serious love. The heritage committee had strict guidelines, but we managed to sneak in modern HVAC and insulation while keeping that original character intact. Brick by brick work, literally.

Kitsilano Live-Work Studios

Kitsilano Live-Work Studios

Eight units designed for creatives who needed flexible space. The zoning took forever to sort out, but we ended up with these really cool dual-purpose layouts. Each unit's got its own personality too.

Farm-to-Table Eatery

Farm-to-Table Eatery

When your client's whole brand is about sustainability, you can't just phone it in. Reclaimed wood from demolished barns, a living plant wall that's actually functional, and lighting that adjusts throughout the day. Chef's happy, diners are happy.

Olympic Village Commons

Olympic Village Commons

Community gathering space that needed to work year-round in Vancouver's weather. We added heated seating areas, pergolas that actually provide rain cover, and indigenous plant species that thrive without tons of maintenance.

North Shore Mountain Retreat

North Shore Mountain Retreat

Perched on a slope with killer views of the inlet. The challenge was building something substantial without disrupting the natural landscape. We used locally-sourced timber and designed around existing trees wherever possible.

Robson Street Flagship

Robson Street Flagship

High-end retail needs to feel special but also move product. We created zones with different vibes using lighting and materials, plus a facade that changes appearance depending on the time of day. Real attention-grabber on a busy street.

Strathcona Community Centre

Strathcona Community Centre

Former fire hall from 1908 that'd been sitting empty for years. The community rallied to save it, and we helped transform it into a multi-purpose space. Those original exposed beams? They're now the centerpiece of the main hall.

Dunbar Laneway Collection

Dunbar Laneway Collection

Series of laneway homes that prove small doesn't mean cramped. Smart storage solutions, high ceilings, and strategic window placement make these 700-square-foot spaces feel way bigger. They're surprisingly popular with downsizers.

Railtown Coworking Campus

Railtown Coworking Campus

Industrial space converted into flexible work environment. We kept the raw concrete and steel but warmed it up with wood accents and plants everywhere. Acoustic panels shaped like clouds hang from the ceiling - functional art, basically.

False Creek Seawall Extension

False Creek Seawall Extension

Working with the city on public infrastructure is always interesting. This extension connects two neighbourhoods and includes tidal pools, seating nooks, and public art installations. It's become a real gathering spot for locals and tourists alike.

Got a Project in Mind?

Whether it's a complete ground-up build or breathing new life into an existing space, we'd love to hear about what you're thinking. Every project starts with a conversation, and honestly, those initial chats are some of our favourite parts of the job.
